Freediving is fun!

Freediving is a sport for everyone. A large lung volume or muscular body is not a requirement. You can practice this sport at any age. In this way, freediving is accessible to novices, experienced (free) divers as well as athletes who participate in competition. Diving as deep or as long as possible on one breath is not the only goal of this sport. The freediver tries first and foremost to achieve total relaxation, using the right techniques, in the right mental state and all this in safe conditions. Physical strength is not an issue here. The techniques we teach you will provide you with all the necessary tools to freedive safely and relaxed.

There is a specific package for each level that you purchase at the start of the course. The package never expires and includes a ‘NELOS freediving course’. Click here for a sneak preview of the dutch course.
